◯ returns
we are proud to create our playe garments and we want you to love your purchase! if you are unhappy with your item, if it is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size, it can be returned for a store credit (excluding shipping costs) provided that it is as new, original and in saleable condition.
playe does not offer exchanges or returns on sale items or e-gift cards. please purchase carefully.
we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
to start a return, you can contact us at hello@thisisplaye.com.au. if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your return package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return via hello@thisisplaye.com.au will not be accepted.
we do not accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit. returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. playe reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in new, original, unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
for returns using afterpay, returns remain subject to playe's returns policy. if you wish to return your item/s, please follow the above steps. if the return is deemed accepted by us at playe, we will issue a store credit for the total value of the returned items. shipping cost is not included in return. your agreement with afterpay will still remain and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
faulty items
all items sent out to our customers are thoroughly checked over before sending out to you! if you think your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@thisisplaye.com.au so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
exchanges
the fastest way to ensure you get the item you require is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. postage will not be refunded. store credit (e-gift card) is valid for one year.
cancellations
we are working quickly to get your playe order out. please note that unfortunately we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
