we offer free australia wide shipping with a minimum spend of $150 aud (excludes wholesale).

please note - customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. if for any reason the parcel is undeliverable at the destination due to refusal to pay import tax, multiple failed attempts, incorrect address stated or otherwise, the parcel will be abandoned. if redirection occurs, any additional shipping fees associated will be charged to the receiver/customer. 

order processing

it is the customers responsibility to ensure the postal address is correct and if the parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided, you will be charged the standard postage rate to have this resent.
